Chef In Charge:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant serving Continental and Italian food, with at least 02 year experience in a similar position.
  • Job Requirements: Manage the entire kitchen operations of restaurant chain, should have experience of managing multiple kitchen operations, owning food Costing and cost control of the entire operations, knowledge about cold storage and supply chain of frozen food is essential, plan kitchen operations, train staffs, maintain cleanliness & Hygiene
Restaurant Manager:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant, with at least 01 year experience in a similar position.
  • Job Requirements: Managing the restaurant operations, owning restaurant P&L, food Costing and cost control, experience in LSM activities will be given preference, Good communication in English is a must.
Asst Restaurant Manager:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant, with at least 01 Year experience in a similar position.
  • Job Requirements: Assisting the restaurant manager in all his activities and taking responsibility in his absence, Good communication in English is a must.
Kitchen Executive:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in Continental and Italian kitchen, bulk cooking experience preferred, with at least 03 Year experience in a supervisory position.
  • Job Requirements: Manage the Central Kitchen operations, knowledge about cold storage and supply chain of frozen food is essential control food and other related costs, plan kitchen operations, prepare indent, train staffs, maintain cleanliness & Hygiene.
Team Leader-Service:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or Craft course in F&B Service.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant, with at least 01 Year experience in a similar position.
  • Job Requirements: Managing the shift operations, Guest service skills, conduct briefings and on the job training for staffs, communication in English is essential.
Team Leader-Kitchen:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or Craft course in Food Production.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in continental or Italian Kitchen in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant, with at least 01 Year experience in a similar position.

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in bakery & confectionery in an up-market Hotel, Restaurant or bakery.
  • Job Requirements: keeping kitchen ready for operations, prepare bakery and confectionery products, maintain cleanliness & Hygiene.
Crew Member-Service:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or Craft course in F&B Service.
  • Experience: 01 year experience / Fresher.
